A full refund is available only if requested before any work begins. Once the first draft, design, development, or project labor starts, the deposit is non-refundable. Final files, site launches, transfers, or deliveries will not be released until the remaining balance is paid.
Third-party costs including printing, software, hosting, domains, rush fees, and outsourced labor are non-refundable once purchased or scheduled. Contact us promptly with any concerns and we will work to find a fair resolution.
